The fixed costs include an e-commerce payment option, with free set-up that costs $5150 and Domain - Offroad Caravan Hire software costing $300. If this option occurred the Gross Profit (Contribution Margin) is then $81 000 and the Net Profit is $42 223.
Out of these two options the second option is recommended as the costs of $5450 is OFF ROAD CARAVANS by the increase in sales of about $15 000 and the Net Profit increases by $6 905.
